To create a more sustainable society, it’s important to produce and consume electricity smarter. While we continue to transform energy sources into renewables, it’s important to show households how they can contribute to efficiency by changing their behavior.
The solution was an app that shows household consumption in real-time through a digital furry little creature called Bongo. When you use less electricity, Bongo is happy and full of energy. When you use a lot, Bongo loses all his energy. A way to visually indicate your energy consumption in real-time.
This campaign received a Grand Prix in the category Integrated, and a bronze in the category Direct at Eurobest Awards 2013.
